Koşan takes its name from the races of our founder, Habip Albayrak. Anyone who takes on mountain races of more than a hundred kilometres knows what patience and hard work mean. We choose every grain with the same patience and bring it to your kitchen with the same effort.

Our founder
Habip runs.
Habip Albayrak has supplied food to businesses since 2002. Alongside the business he runs Turkey’s ultramarathons, from Kaçkar to Cappadocia and from Uludağ to İznik. He films his races himself and shares them on YouTube. That is where the name Koşan comes from.
